Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT and digital transformation projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and enterprise platform initiatives.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success measures, ensuring alignment with strategic business and technology priorities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, RAID logs, governance materials, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
Manage cross-functional resources and geographically distributed teams, ensuring transparent ownership, accountability, and progress toward delivery objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and executive sponsors, providing clear and actionable updates on progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
