The Role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and securing exceptional software engineering and product talent across various disciplines (e.g. Operations, Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, DevOps, Mobile, Machine Learning) for our cutting-edge fully-managed software and AI operational platform. You will leverage your extensive network and expertise to build robust talent pipelines and drive successful hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace.

What You’ll Do
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial requisition to offer negotiation and closing for highly sought-after software engineering roles across multiple locations within the APAC region (e.g., Australia, Singapore, India, UK etc.).
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates through various channels and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, GitHub, industry-specific forums, conferences, and direct outreach.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by acting as a trusted advisor, offering timely feedback, and clearly communicating the company's value proposition and career opportunities.
Possess a strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and emerging technologies to effectively screen candidates and engage with hiring managers.
