The Sr. Specialist - Client Delivery Create - Create oversees day-to-day delivery for assigned client accounts and coordinates technical and creative projects from planning through completion. This role manages timelines, gathers requirements, maintains project documentation, and ensures deliverables are accurate and on schedule.

Working collaboratively with internal teams and external clients, the Lead applies knowledge of Ansira’s products and services to recommend solutions, resolve issues, strengthen client relationships, and improve delivery processes.

This position is based in India and supports U.S. business hours (8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST).
Duties/Responsibilities
Manage client deliverables for assigned accounts, including template management, asset and platform updates, print and fulfillment activities, order processing, and inventory management.
Responsible for execution of print / fulfillment - client deliverables, order processing, and inventory management on assigned accounts accurately and on-time
Serve as an empathetic, responsive,



communicative operational contact for assigned client deliverables.
Coordinate technical and creative projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, functionality, and timely completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish priorities, expectations, and deadlines; communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback clearly.
Take accountability for identifying project risks and issues, escalating them appropriately, and supporting troubleshooting and resolution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
Maintain client training and knowledge materials, such as job aids, FAQs, and process maps, for internal use, and clients or end users where applicable.
Lead internal and client-facing deliverable meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion.
