This is an opportunity for an experienced Salesforce professional to build and enhance enterprise-grade Service Cloud solutions in a remote, global setting.
You will play a hands-on role in developing scalable functionality that improves customer service workflows and business operations.
The position combines Salesforce development, system integration, technical design, and production support.
You will work closely with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders to turn complex business needs into reliable technical solutions.
The role offers significant ownership, with opportunities to influence architecture, development standards, and platform stability.
You will collaborate with U.S.-based teams during core U.S. Central Time hours while working remotely from India.

Accountabilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, including Omni-Channel capabilities such as routing, capacity, and presence management.
Build scalable applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), while maintaining and refactoring Aura and Visualforce components when required.
Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs, including telephony/CTI and SaaS or AppExchange applications.
Translate business requirements into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
Conduct code reviews and apply Salesforce development best practices, including governor-limit management, bulkification, appropriate test coverage, and maintainable code standards.
