Training Program Coordination and Execution• Support in Program Delivery: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for associates, focusing on service standards, guest experience enhancement, and brand consistency.• Training Calendar Management: Develop and manage a structured training calendar based on departmental needs, working closely with department heads to schedule and prioritize training sessions.
Monitoring and Collating Reports• Provide regular reports to the Director of L&D;, highlighting training participation, feedback, and areas for improvement, supporting a data-driven approach to continuous development.• Assist in tracking performance metrics related to learning and development, such as skill improvement and guest feedback indicators, to measure the impact of training on service quality.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration• Assist in deploying Training engagement activities across functions and enco
