You will work directly with life sciences customers to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable, practical solutions.
The role combines functional consulting, solution design, configuration, documentation, and collaboration across multiple project workstreams.
You will gain hands-on exposure to regulated GxP environments and contemporary quality management platforms while supporting customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Accountabilities
Participate in customer projects involving the design and deployment of quality and manufacturing applications within life sciences organizations.
Support Functional Analysts during workshops and contribute to customer discussions covering quality management, quality documentation, and training processes.
Design, prototype, configure, and document quality and content management solutions based on customer requirements.
Configure quality management applications, including workflows, document types, security settings, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, formatted outputs, and notifications.
Apply out-of-the-box functionality and established best practices when developing solution strategies and configurations.
