Job Designation: Research Intern

Number of Positions: 02

Job Location: New Delhi

Reporting to: Programme Associate

Duration: 3 months

Purpose:
The intern will contribute to developing sector-specific emission factors for MSMEs by:




- Assisting in designing and executing surveys and data collection related to energy use, production processes, and emission profiles of MSMEs.
- Supporting on-field data verification for selected MSME units.
- Performing literature reviews to gather existing emission factors and methodologies used for similar sectors.
- Assisting in the analysis and validation of collected data.
- Supporting the team in report preparation, presentations, and workshops.

Job duties and accountabilities
Research & Analysis:
● Assist in data collection related to energy use, production processes, and emission profiles of MSMEs.
● Support on-field data verification for selected MSME units.
● Utilise different advanced data analysis, visualisation, and reporting tools to identify hotspots (like Excel, Python/R, QGIS/Google Earth Engine)
