We are looking for a digitally savvy and commercially driven professional to manage the end-to-end business operations for Levi.in, a key pillar of Levi’s India DTC growth strategy. This role will own day-to-day and monthly business planning, website merchandising, consumer experience, promotional execution, inventory coordination, and performance tracking. Working closely with Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, and external technology partners, you will drive revenue growth, optimize the digital funnel, and continuously enhance the website and app experience. About the role
• Own the day-to-day and monthly operations of Levi.in, driving overall business health across revenue, conversion, consumer experience, profitability, inventory, and service metrics.
• Own website merchandising and brand presentation, including product catalog, pricing, PDP content, imagery,



attributes, keywords, and product descriptions.
• Plan and execute weekly and monthly website merchandising calendars in partnership with Marketing, Pricing, Retail Merchandising, and Planning teams.
• Use web analytics, funnel performance, and consumer behavior insights to optimize product placement, navigation, search, recommendations, and overall website experience.
• Drive key ecommerce KPIs including Net Revenue, Conversion, Add-to-Cart, Checkout, NPS, CSAT, App Share, and other funnel and consumer experience metrics.
• Partner with Marketing and external agencies to monitor performance marketing campaigns and recommend interventions based on business performance and consumer insights.
• Coordinate with Pricing and Finance teams to optimize promotions, markdowns, offer codes, and discount strategies in line with business targets and profitability.
