Purpose
To ensure daily targets are met without any deviations with high accuracy levels. To ensure targets are achieved and to train the new users in the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the Draft Bills of lading is sent to customer based on shipping instruction
Ensure all Customer Requirements are followed as per Reference Guide / SOPs / Country Regulations
Escalate any concerns and job-specific queries through the team Supervisor
Only genuine queries are raised to the FO
Ensure Accuracy and Turn time of bill is maintained as per standard
Achievement of targets based on set standards

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0-4 years
Certifications (if any): NA
Knowledge (Domain and IT):

• Robust keyboard skills / typing speed
• Good knowledge of Geography
• Adept in the use of MS Office products
