How will you fit in the big picture?
The Senior Analyst Learning Developer plays a key role in designing and developing end-to-end learning journeys that build organizational capability. Working closely with Learning Strategists, Instructional Designers, and business stakeholders, this role helps shape leadership, onboarding, employee development, and talent programs that drive learning effectiveness, skill development, and knowledge retention across the organization. What will you do?

Design end-to-end curriculum strategies and learning journeys.
Conduct learning needs analysis and translate requirements into development programs.
Create learning pathways, workshops, job aids, resources, and supporting materials.
Develop and refresh leadership and employee development curricula.
Build learning measurement and retention strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address capability gaps.
