Your Current Role
Product Owner for Workplace Data Services including Intranet, SharePoint, Search,



Data stewardship & more as directed.
Establish business outcomes, success metrics, & adoption targets.
Develop & drive innovation across the services. Champion continuous improvement & maturity across the services.
Prioritize initiatives based on NAB strategy, customer needs, business value, regulatory & risk.
Build strong stakeholder relationships & represent Workplace in senior forums & decision-making bodies.
Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, & regulatory requirements.
Define & maintain governance frameworks, policies, standards, & controls for unstructured content.
Act as the escalation point for critical issues, ensuring timely resolution & risk mitigation.
Monitor analytics & continuously optimize the services based on data-driven insights
Establish & maintain enterprise knowledge management practices. Drive content lifecycle management, review processes, archiving, rete
