This role provides senior-level technical ownership for complex regional and global network environments supporting critical business applications and services.
You will design, configure, implement, and support advanced data, voice, storage, video, contact center, and network security technologies.
The position combines hands-on engineering with operational support, project coordination, vendor engagement, and technical mentorship.
You will play a key role in enabling business growth, supporting new applications, and improving network reliability, performance, and security.
The role offers significant exposure to technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN, load balancing, IP telephony, and contact center platforms.
You will operate with considerable autonomy while collaborating with global teams, vendors, and partners across a complex international environment.

Accountabilities:
Design, configure, and implement complex regional network solutions supporting business growth, current application services, organic expansion, and M&A; initiatives.
Engineer solutions across enterprise networking and security technologies, including departmental and enterprise switches, routers, firewalls, VPN gateways, IP telephony, IVR, ACD, SD-WAN appliances, WAN accelerators, load balancers, and related platforms.
Provide full operational support for regional and global network services that enable access to revenue-generating applications and critical business systems.
Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents independently, escalating only the most challenging mission-critical issues when required.
