Accountabilities
Architect, design, develop, and own the end-to-end implementation of high-impact prototypes and production-ready software solutions.
Drive technical exploration and research involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, and other emerging technologies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to experiment with new concepts, validate technical approaches, and integrate successful innovations into products.
Establish strong engineering practices around architecture, code reviews, quality standards, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
Mentor engineers and contribute to raising overall technical capability and code quality across the team.
