Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build outstanding products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a ServiceNow Developer in Pune, India.
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow professional to support FlexCloud and enterprise ServiceNow platform initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for development, enhancement, and support of ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, stability, and scalability across business workflows.
What a typical day looks like:
Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications across modules (ITSM, Service Catalog, Integration, etc.)
Support API integrations,
incident fixes, and production issues (P1/P2 handling)
Participate in UAT, QA validation, and deployment activities
Collaborate with architects and senior team members on solution design and improvements
Work in Agile model (story development, sprint commitments, backlog tracking)
Perform code review fixes and ensure adherence to platform standards
Support automation, workflows, and catalog development
Document technical changes and assist in knowledge transfer activities
Handle improvement and enhancement requests from business teams
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Solid ServiceNow development knowledge:
Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes
Flow Designer, Catalog Items
REST/SOAP integrations
Good understanding of:
ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Request)
CMDB and Discovery (basic understanding preferred)
Experience with troubleshooting APIs and workflows
