Role Overview
Genesys is seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Applications Developer to design, develop, configure, and enhance Salesforce applications within our Quote-to-Cash ecosystem. This role will contribute to Salesforce solutions that support quoting, order management, product configuration, asset management, and integrations with downstream billing and revenue systems.
As part of the Enterprise Applications team, you will work closely with Technical Leads, Product Owners, Business Systems Analysts, QA,



and other developers to deliver reliable, scalable, and well-tested Salesforce capabilities. This is a hands-on development role suited for someone with strong Salesforce development experience who can independently own technical deliverables, contribute to solution design, and drive issues through resolution.
Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, ownership and accountability, analytical problem-solving skills, curiosity, willingness to continuously learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a quick-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned technical deliverables and be accountable for quality, maintainability, and timely delivery.
