This is a senior-level SEO opportunity within a fast-paced, international iGaming environment, focused on driving sustainable organic growth across competitive markets.
You will own SEO strategy from planning and execution through performance analysis and continuous optimization.
The role combines technical SEO, content, link building, competitor intelligence, and experimentation to improve rankings and traffic.
You will work closely with content, development, analytics, and outreach teams to turn SEO opportunities into measurable business results.
Success will require strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to react quickly to search-engine changes.
You will have significant ownership over KPIs, budgets, acquisition opportunities, and the evolution of SEO initiatives across European markets.

Accountabilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business objectives, with a focus on achieving and maintaining strong organic rankings in competitive markets.
Drive websites toward top Google positions while monitoring algorithm updates, ranking volatility, penalties, filters, and other search-engine developments.
Plan and execute content, link-building, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives to increase qualified organic traffic.
Analyze SERPs, competitors, domains, market trends, and emerging opportunities to identify recent avenues for growth.
Define SEO objectives and KPIs, monitor performance, investigate deviations, and prepare regular performance reports.
Manage SEO budgets in line with agreed KPIs, optimizing investments and improving cost efficiency and ROI.
