This role is accountable for driving $25B in ODE sales across Lending, CLI, and Sales Growth initiatives in 2026, representing a critical revenue stream for the organization. The C14-SVP will lead a team of 20 analytics professionals, driving strategic initiatives at the intersection of data science and digital commerce. Partnering closely with Marketing leadership, this role owns the development and optimization of ODE models and spearheads Digital Sales Transformation for Cards across both proprietary and partnership channels.



Key responsibilities include executing the ECM Digital Sales Strategy, fine-tuning ODE models for maximum performance, accelerating Cards ARPU Growth, establishing the CRS Digital Baseline, and achieving measurable CRS Direct Mail Reduction. This leader will be accountable for translating advanced analytics into actionable business strategies that deliver substantial revenue growth while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence across the organization.
