The Service Operations Specialist is responsible for interacting with internal and external customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. process service sales order, respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing, and warranty issues. May provide in-house training on non-technical customer support.
This position reports to the Sr. Manager Service Operations and is part of the Global Service Organization located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Invoicing process for customer POs, including order creation in Oracle, order entry, shipment tracking, delivery coordination, billing/rebilling, invoicing, and follow-up on past dues.
