About the Role
The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing owns how more of the right people discover Sarvam, try it, activate, and become long-term users.
This is an end-to-end growth role spanning acquisition, developer adoption, conversion, lifecycle, and experimentation. The mandate is to build growth engines that compound, across search, content, community, paid channels, product-led loops, and the product funnel itself.
The work is measured not by traffic or clicks, but by quality signups, successful API usage, retention, and revenue. This person works closely with Product, Developer Relations, Content, Sales,



and Analytics to understand where growth is coming from, remove friction across the funnel, and continuously find recent ways to scale adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Own the growth funnel. Own the journey from discovery → signup → first successful API call → habitual usage → paid conversion → team expansion. Understand where users drop, instrument the funnel, and systematically improve it.
Drive acquisition. Grow high-quality acquisition across search, content, community, paid search, paid social, and new distribution channels. Build a balanced mix of channels that can scale efficiently over time.
Grow developer adoption. Increase API usage and open-weight model adoption. Work closely with Product and DevRel on documentation, technical content, developer journeys, and product-led growth loops.
