Accountabilities
Provide day-to-day technical support to users across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues, resolving them efficiently or escalating when specialist support is required.
Manage user accounts, permissions, system access, and related access-control processes.
Coordinate complex technical issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licensing information, system records, and other technical documentation.
Document IT requests, system changes, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and outstanding issues.
Assist with current system implementations, software updates, workflow changes, and digital form deployments.
Test system changes and workflows to identify issues before they affect users or business operations.
