We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

Lead Agile adoption across multiple programs, ensuring consistent application of Agile frameworks and best practices.
Identify, plan, and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies that deliver measurable, visible outcomes, enhancing team productivity, effectiveness, quality,



and stakeholder experience through continuous improvement initiatives in Planning for Patching & other Key activities as mandated by the Controls ask.
Own and manage the Service linked Certificate inventory, establishing governance and monitoring processes to ensure 100% accuracy, proactive renewal planning, and zero missed certificate expirations while minimizing operational and security risks.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) Planning where applicable.
Remove organizational impediments and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve delivery velocity and quality.
Track and report Key KCIs from Patching & Vulnerability Management on regular basis and initiate corrective actions as applicable.
Establish governance, delivery standards, and continuous improvement frameworks across Agile teams.
