Role Purpose
The Sales Manager – South India will be responsible for developing and growing Trane’s rental cooling & power business across the South India region. The role will focus on identifying new rental opportunities,



developing strategic customer relationships, generating sales pipeline, converting opportunities into profitable rental contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful mobilization and execution of rental projects.
The candidate will play a key role in establishing Trane Rentals as a preferred temporary and emergency cooling solutions provider across industries including data centres, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, commercial buildings, infrastructure, healthcare, hospitality and other industrial applications.

1. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute the rental sales strategy for South India.
Identify current customers, applications, industries and market opportunities for temporary cooling solutions.
Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and margin targets.
