Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Engineering to join our energetic team. As an Assistant Manager, Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the engineering department, ensuring efficient building operations, and maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and tenant satisfaction. You will work closely with the Property Manager, Maintenance Engineers,
and building staff to optimize building performance and deliver excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the engineering department, including preventative maintenance, repair work, and general building operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry best practices.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and maximize the lifespan of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ensure the timely completion of work orders, maintenance projects, and capital improvements.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of external contractors and vendors.
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and warranties.
Participate in the development and management of the annual budget for the engineering department.
Collaborate with the Property Manager to address tenant requests, resolve maintenance issues, and enhance
