ABOUT THE ROLE:
Skylo is building a developer and device ecosystem that makes NTN (Non-Terrestrial Network) connectivity practical to adopt. We are hiring a hands-on Senior IoT Solutions Engineer to drive chipset and module enablement, firmware support, reference designs, and first-run developer journeys into a reliable product capability. You will guide external developers from unboxing to a validated NB-IoT NTN attach and data session without continuous engineering assistance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Support: Lead application-engineering support for high-priority customers and partners using Skylo SDKs, APIs, sample applications, and device-to-cloud integrations.
