We're looking for a Service Account Executive to act as the operational partner for strategic airline customers, ensuring service stability, driving proactive engagement, and coordinating effective responses to service-related issues.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service experiences while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
✅ Manage and coordinate major incidents for Strategic Airlines customer in collaboration with Operations teams to ensure timely resolution and minimal business impact.
✅ Serve as the primary customer contact for service-related topics, providing regular updates and driving issue resolution.
✅ Monitor service performance, identify trends,



and collaborate with internal teams on preventive and improvement actions.
✅ Participate in customer service review meetings and present operational updates, incident insights, and service improvements.
✅ Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring customer feedback is understood and addressed across internal teams.
✅ Handle customer escalations and coordinate stakeholders to ensure effective and timely outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
Lead customer interactions on service-related issues and orchestrate actions across Amadeus teams.
Provide end-to-end oversight of incidents and service activities for assigned customers.
Drive service improvement initiatives in partnership with Regional Delivery and Operations teams.
Support service transitions by providing customer-specific operational knowledge.
Develop a robust understanding of customer systems, solutions, and business objectives.
