Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and contribute to pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
Build prospect lists and identify relevant decision-makers.
Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and follow-ups.
Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects.
Qualify leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to understand and position IT solutions.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM.
Track competitor activity and market trends.
Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IT/Software/SaaS/Technology Sales.
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development.




Good understanding of the sales cycle.
Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM and prospecting tools.
Ability to interact with mid-level and senior business stakeholders.
Self-driven and comfortable working with targets.
