Job Description
Senior Executive – E&M; Utilities HVAC
· Responsible for the operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance,



and troubleshooting of cold rooms, DX units, air conditioners (ACs), and HVAC systems to ensure reliable and effective performance.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, HVAC validation requirements (where applicable), and company SOPs.
· Monitor the inventory of critical spares and consumables and initiate procurement as required.
· Monitor system performance and optimize operating parameters to improve energy efficiency and equipment reliability.
· Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and service providers for major maintenance activities and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during all maintenance activities.
· Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and documentation in the SAP system.
· Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and qualification of new HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
· Participate in deviation
