Position Summary
Benchmark Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager with expertise in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned provider clients while driving revenue cycle performance and financial outcomes.
This position combines client relationship management with active oversight of assigned accounts receivable performance, operational workflows, and client satisfaction. The Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor to physician practices and healthcare organizations by monitoring key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, coordinating operational efforts,



and ensuring client goals are achieved.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of physician practice revenue cycle operations, payer reimbursement methodologies, accounts receivable management, denials management, and healthcare billing processes. Because this role involves direct interaction with U.S.-based healthcare providers and practice leadership, candidates must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
