About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Treasury & Payroll Specialist to lead the administration of Hyland's payroll programs and guide a team of payroll professionals through the complexities of domestic and international payroll processing. In this role, you'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payroll operations while serving as a trusted subject matter expert and people leader.
You'll bring deep payroll expertise, a sharp eye for regulatory and tax compliance, and the interpersonal skills to coach and develop your team. Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of the payroll team, leading the administration of various payroll programs to ensure full compliance with established guidelines,



processes, procedures, and government requirements.
Facilitate and lead payroll processing for multiple countries and/or regions, ensuring adds, changes, and separations are accurately reflected while maintaining current knowledge of regulatory, legal, labor law, and tax issues impacting the business.
Provide feedback to employees and management; direct day-to-day team activities and prioritize projects, requests, and tasks to ensure team members have clear direction on objectives and deliverables.
Contribute to and manage an approved budget; collaborate with team members in the creation and coordination of mutual goals across payroll and finance functions.
Serve as an escalation point for complex payroll issues; provide guidance, resolve issues as necessary, remove obstacles for the team, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and greater operational efficiency.
