1. Study the customer RFQ with Mktg & Design team To know the new Project Specifications & Requirements (CSR).
2. Arrange the required resources for development of Proto samples as need by custome
3. Review manufacturing feasibility and risk analysis for Product.
4. Prepare the timing plan for development considering Customer sample submission requirements
5. Participating for supplier evaluation & assessment, for technical Resource availability for quality Product M/F.
6. Manufacture Proto Samples to Fulfill Product Approval from Customer After completion of DVP.
7. Define the Process Flow to M/F the Quality Product with min. cost, with optimization & Utilization of available resources.
8.Feasibility studies, communication with other departments to receive the basic required input on projects.
9. Responsible for Developing a Part & if any VAVE implementation is possible, then suggest to Design & get approve from CFT.
