The role combines hands-on campaign execution with close collaboration across paid media, content, copy, and design teams.

Structured experimentation will be a key part of the role, with ongoing testing of creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.

Accountabilities:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager, ensuring campaigns deliver against performance and business objectives.
Develop campaign strategies, allocate and manage budgets, and continuously optimize toward stronger ROI and efficient customer acquisition.
Monitor key performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA, translating campaign data into actionable recommendations.
Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative assets, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to identify scalable growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with content, copy, design, and other marketing specialists to develop and launch high-performing campaigns.
