This leadership role is responsible for driving commercial growth across the Delhi/North India region within the healthcare and vaccine market.
You will own regional sales execution, demand generation, supply fulfillment, and business development activities.
The position combines strategic territory planning with hands-on sales leadership and channel management.
You will lead, coach, and develop Territory Business Managers while ensuring strong execution against sales and coverage objectives.
A key focus will be building demand, strengthening distribution, optimizing inventory, and expanding market reach.
You will also manage relationships with healthcare stakeholders, stockists, opinion leaders, and other key customers.
The role offers significant ownership, field exposure, and the prospect to shape regional performance while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service.

Accountabilities:




Develop regional beat plans, allocate targets and commercial inputs, monitor execution, and drive secondary sales across the assigned territory.
Provide strategic input into territory targets, long-term growth plans, and regional business ambitions.
Support the induction and onboarding of Territory Business Managers and ensure they are equipped to perform effectively.
Identify and appoint stockists in accordance with established processes and standard operating procedures.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance against agreed targets and ensure consistent achievement of regional objectives.
Manage the regional sales operating budget and ensure resources are deployed effectively.
Lead sales activities and commercial initiatives to achieve short- and long-term volume and revenue projections.
