This role offers the opportunity to provide technical consulting and strategic guidance to enterprise customers with complex digital infrastructure needs.
You will design and implement secure, scalable solutions spanning web delivery, media, security, and cloud environments.
Working closely with customers, you will translate business objectives into effective technical architectures that improve performance, reduce risk, and maximize value.
The position combines solution architecture, hands-on implementation, customer advisory, and technical problem-solving.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, from architecture and testing through deployment and go-live.

Accountabilities
Own the technical design, architecture, testing, implementation, and go-live activities for web, media, security, and related digital solutions.
Act as a proactive technical consultant and trusted advisor, helping customers achieve business objectives while maximizing the value of technology investments.
Analyze customer traffic, infrastructure, and application requirements to recommend and implement appropriate security, delivery, and compute solutions.
Design solutions that improve application performance, strengthen security, reduce operational risk, and support broader business initiatives.
Provide customer coaching, technical training, and guidance to promote effective adoption and usability of implemented solutions.
