Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager with 10 to 15 years of expertise in project planning and scheduling, especially for data center and commercial greenfield projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the project timeline, coordinating with cross-functional teams,



and ensuring the successful execution of ambitious real estate developments in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Project Scheduling:
Develop, coordinate, and manage detailed project schedules across all phases, ensuring timely completion of data center and commercial greenfield projects.
Utilize advanced scheduling software to ensure precision in timeline forecasts and resource allocation.
Progress Tracking and Communication:
Regularly monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and identify variances.
Implement effective communication strategies to provide stakeholders with timely progress updates and strategic insights.
