About the role
We are looking for an adaptable and collaborative Analyst - Global Payroll Systems - to support the ongoing enhancement, testing and operational effectiveness of Rio Tinto's global payroll systems landscape. The selected individual will work closely with technical teams, payroll stakeholders and business users to validate system changes, resolve system-related issues, maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance payroll service delivery and system performance.

Scope: Your scope will include (but is not limited to) the following:
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payroll system changes to ensure business requirements are met and expected outcomes are achieved.
Identify, document and track defects, issues and system enhancements discovered during testing activities.
Develop, maintain and update user documentation, including Job Aids, DTPs and process guides.
