The Digital Technology Applications Analyst – Sell & Retain is a solution‑oriented analyst responsible for supporting and evolving non‑SAP applications and integrations that enable selling, customer retention, pricing execution, regulatory compliance touchpoints, and downstream customer experience. This role partners closely with Commercial, Pricing, Customer Experience, and DT teams to ensure systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs. The role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, owning issues end‑to‑end, and stepping seamlessly across systems, regions,



and processes as business needs evolve.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Own day-to-day support for Sell & Retain non-SAP applications and digital tools (intake, triage, prioritization, and customer communication)
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects in ServiceNow, including root cause analysis and coordination of break/fix work
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (process flows, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria) in partnership with business team
Support application enhancements, testing, and release activities
Coordinate releases and production changes (deployments, validations, communications, and post-release hypercare) following change and release processes
Monitor key integrations and data flows (e.g., customer, pricing, billing, regulatory touchpoints), investigate discrepancies, and maintain functional documentation and user guidance.
