We are seeking a skilled to join the Account Quality, Risk and Compliance Team. This is an opportunity for an ambitious, highly motivated individual to be part of a dynamic global team that is committed to assisting the client and Firm in achieving its objectives by helping manage risk and complex compliance requirements. This role provides opportunities to work with senior management and gain international exposure that will broaden your professional skills in a rewarding and challenging environment.
The Regional Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, deploying, supporting, and managing the Account Risk and Compliance Strategy, as well as managing overall risk to JLL and the client across the client’s Asia Pacific regional portfolio.
Goals (but not limited to):
- Set, execute & continuously improve our Quality, Risk and Compliance Programs and Strategy
- Accountable for successful development, implementation, and management of the account’s Quality, Risk and Compliance platform and strategy across the Asia Pacific region
- Delivery of education and understanding of the program by the regional and country JLL teams
- Successful delivery of the contract requirements
- Resolution of delivery issues with the affected managers/sites
- Promote a positive, proactive culture of Quality, risk and compliance across the account
