Senior Demand Planner

Position Summary
The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for managing the demand forecast for BESS products and converting this into an allocated Production Plan. This role is a key link between Commercial, Product Management, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, teams to establish a single, trusted view of demand that drives planning and operations.




The ideal candidate possesses robust demand planning experience within project-based manufacturing environments and has a deep understanding of customer forecasting, sales pipeline analysis, and consensus planning processes. Experience in the BESS, renewable energy, energy infrastructure, electrical equipment, or related industries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Planning & Forecasting
Develop and maintain demand forecasts across customers, products, and regions.
Consolidate forecast, project pipeline, and market intel into a single demand plan, partnering with Sales and Product Management.
Communicate business impacts and planning assumptions to stakeholders.
Commercial & S&OP; Alignment
Lead demand reviews within the S&OP; / IBP process.
Generate unconstrained Production Plan, partnering with Contract Manufacturing.
Drive alignment across Commercial, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations.
Resolve forecast gaps and escalate significant risks and opportunities.
