Position Overview





The Global HR Systems Enablement Lead is responsible for providing advanced functional and operational support for McCormick’s global HR technology portfolio, including SAP SuccessFactors modules.
This role serves as a subject matter expert for complex system issues, end-to-end process execution, and ongoing system optimization to ensure a reliable, effective, and user-friendly HRIS experience for employees and HR stakeholders globally.
The role leads short- and long-term continuous improvement initiatives and projects that enhance, integrate, and standardize HR processes across McCormick’s global HRIS platform.
Working closely with global stakeholder teams across McCormick’s OneHR model, McIT, and other cross-functional partners, this position helps drive HR technology priorities, improve system adoption, and support global process consistency.
