Job Description Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will support the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function in implementing, sustaining, and continually improving GE HealthCare's EHS Framework standards across manufacturing operations. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and active engagement with shop floor employees to promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
This position provides hands-on exposure to EHS Management Systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, and offers opportunities to contribute to environmental sustainability, occupational health, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Working under the guidance of experienced EHS professionals, the GET will play a key role in supporting the organization's goals of Zero Injuries, Zero Occupational Illnesses, and Net Carbon Neutrality.

Job Description
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
EHS Management Systems & Compliance
Support the implementation, sustenance, and continual improvement of GE HealthCare's EHS Framework standards and EHS Management Systems across manufacturing operations.
Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations and corporate requirements.
Support regulatory reporting and statutory submissions as required under applicable environmental regulations.
Participate in internal and external EHS audits and assist in audit preparedness and closure of findings.
Safety & Risk Management
Assist in conducting workplace safety inspections, audits, and observations, and support timely closure of corrective action
