Recovery here is a value and relationship function. The Collection Manager owns end-to-end collections for Quantum Leap Learning Solutions. The role is accountable for converting booked revenue into realised revenue at an 80%+ collection ratio, building a high-performing collections team, designing event-to-event collection strategies, and providing management with accurate revenue visibility through reports and forecasts. Collection Performance & Targets- Deliver 80%+ collections against the total booked amount, event-on-event and month-on-month.- Own collection KPIs, daily/weekly/monthly targets,



and escalation thresholds.- Drive recovery from partial-paid, overdue, and at-risk clients.2. Team Leadership- Lead, coach, and drive the collections team; set transparent responsibilities, SLAs, and individual KRAs.- Build review cadences (daily huddles, weekly performance reviews) and a culture of accountability.- Identify capability gaps and run targeted training on objection handling, negotiation, and payment closure.- Create, develop and own strategies which match the brand’s values and reputation.3. Event-to-Event Collection Strategy- Design and continuously improve collection playbook for each event/program cycle (PACE, BIC, BSW, etc.).- Define call cadences, communication scripts, follow-up windows, and conversion levers per cohort.- Benchmark each event's collection performance and embed learnings into the next cycle.4.
