The role will involve close collaboration with the CEO/Chairman and liaison with all Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure effective translation of strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans. Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and refine the corporate strategy in alignment with the CEO/Chairman’s vision. Translate strategic objectives into detailed implementation roadmaps. Monitor execution progress and ensure accountability across departments.2. Cross-Functional Liaison Act as the strategic interface between the CEO/Chairman and HODs. Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Sales, and HR.



Ensure departmental strategies are aligned with overall corporate objectives.3. Market & Industry Analysis Conduct in-depth analysis of infrastructure and steel-based sectors, including towers, solar structures, poles, and construction. Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities for diversification and growth. Benchmark the company against competitors and recommend strategic positioning.4. Business Growth & Innovation Drive initiatives for recent market entry, product diversification, and global expansion.
