We currently work with 200+ businesses and are building toward our next milestone of 1,000+ active businesses. About the Role We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who enjoys talking to people, helping customers and learning new technology. Your main responsibility will be to speak with customers, understand their requirements, help them use Chatter Pillar and make sure they have a valuable experience with the platform. This is a hands-on,



customer-facing role. You will regularly communicate with customers through phone calls and Whats App. You will also follow up with customers, help them with campaigns, monitor their usage, support renewals and identify opportunities where we can help them get more value from Chatter Pillar. Freshers are welcome. Previous experience in Saa S or Whats App Business is not required. We will train you on the product. What matters most to us is good communication, basic computer skills, confidence on calls and a willingness to learn.
