About the Role
As Uniliv scales across cities, consistency is everything — every resident, in every property, should experience the same hospitality-grade standard. This role exists to make that consistency real and repeatable.




We're looking for a rare hybrid: an operator who can walk into any property and audit it to a five-star hospitality benchmark, and a builder who can train frontline teams and design the systems that keep quality high long after the audit is done. You'll own two equally critical mandates — assuring quality on the ground and enabling the people and processes that deliver it — and you'll build both from first principles.
This is a foundational role for someone who takes pride in standards, thinks in systems, and gets energy from turning "how we do things" into something documented, teachable, and scalable.

What You'll Own
? Quality Assurance & Hospitality Audits
Conduct full-fledged property and hospitality audits across housekeeping, hygiene, F&B;, rooms, common areas, maintenance, reception, security, staff conduct, and every resident touchpoint — benchmarked to hospitality standards.
