We are looking for a qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our team and support our human resources department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, such as onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance. You will also be involved in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals and vision.

As an HR Manager, you will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues and queries. You will foster a positive and productive work environment where everyone works to achieve our mission and objectives. You will also promote our corporate values and culture and ensure that they are reflected in our policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in human resources management, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. You should also have a strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations, HR best practices, and industry trends.



You should be able to work effectively with different levels of management and employees, and handle complex and sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

Work Schedule: Night shift (8 to 4PM EST)

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and direct the human resources activities and functions of the organization
Design and implement orientation and onboarding programs for recent hires
Develop and administer compensation and benefits plans, including salary structures, incentive schemes, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
Coordinate and oversee performance management and appraisal systems, and provide feedback and coaching to employees and managers
Identify training and development needs and organize and facilitate learning and development programs and initiatives
Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances, complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary
