About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – IPO & SEBI Compliance to lead and coordinate the company’s regulatory, corporate governance, and compliance framework in preparation for and throughout the IPO journey.

The role will involve close coordination with the SEBI, Stock Exchanges,



Registrar of Companies (ROC/MCA), Depositories, Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsel, Auditors, Company Secretary and other qualified advisors to ensure timely, accurate and robust compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead day-to-day IPO readiness and SEBI compliance activities.
* Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsel, Company Secretary, Auditors and other IPO advisors.
* Support preparation, review and maintenance of DRHP, RHP, prospectus and related IPO documentation.
* Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI regulations, Companies Act, Stock Exchange requirements and corporate governance norms.
* Maintain an IPO compliance calendar and ensure timely completion of all statutory and regulatory filings.
* Coordinate with MCA/ROC, SEBI, NSE/BSE and other regulatory authorities as required.
