Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively during the US shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Respond to emails, queries, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and update operational records, reports, and databases.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
Monitor ongoing activities and escalate issues when required.
Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.




Prepare daily/weekly operational reports as required.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Support the team in achieving operational goals and targets.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a US shift / night shift.
Willingness to work 100% onsite in Whitefield, Bangalore.
