Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment coordination,



screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The intern will help with onboarding processes by preparing documentation, updating employee files, and supporting orientation activities. Additional responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, assisting in tracking attendance and leave, and supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. The intern will also contribute to basic HR reporting, data entry in HR systems, and maintaining confidentiality of employee information. This is an internship role, based on-site at the Panchkula location.
