Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher to join our team in Noida.
The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR administration.
This role is suitable for someone looking to build a strong foundation and career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
Support employee onboarding and joining documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.




Support attendance and leave management.
Help prepare HR letters, reports, and other HR documents.
Address employee HR-related queries and provide timely coordination.
Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
Coordinate with different teams for smooth day-to-day HR activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Good English communication skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
