Job Purpose
Operations team leader is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities related to payment allocations, invoice acquisitions, loan document management, query resolution and reporting. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of transactions while guiding and supporting team members to meet departmental objectives and service standards
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily operational activities for India Operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and internal controls.
Ensure allocations of dealer payments, contract conversion and extension requests are completed within SLA.
Oversee accurate processing of loan documents within the system.
